VMS Spot-On pigment No. 29 Pure Texture 45ml - P29

Mix this powder with basic pigments to create textured versions.Create effects of heavy rust, caked up mud and such, heavy spatter etc. Works with any pigment brand. 

Recommended techniques: dusting, capillary action, weathering liquid/paste
