The Lexus LS 400 makes a return to the Tamiya product catalog with updated decals, instruction manual, and window masking stickers to help make window trim painting easier. Debuting in 1989, the Lexus LS 400 was Toyota’s first vehicle released under the luxury vehicle badge Lexus, and it brilliantly packaged motoring pleasure, safety, and performance into a world-class prestige car.
Its smooth, flowing body had a remarkably low drag coefficient of 0.29. The 3,968cc DOHC V8 engine was capable of 250hp while the electronically controlled, 4-speed automatic transmission and double wishbone suspension system provided the utmost in driving comfort.
