What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, through our secure payment processor, Braintree. If you have store credit, you can also use it towards your purchase.

 

What currency do you accept?

We accept payments in GBP only. If you are outside the UK, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion fee. Refunds will also be processed in GBP based on the current exchange rate at the time.

 

I didn’t receive an order confirmation or shipping email. What should I do?

Order confirmation and shipping emails are sent automatically, but sometimes they can end up in your spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received an email, please check there first. You can also find your order details by logging into your account.

 

What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?

Your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items and items that are available immediately.

 

What does the pre-order date on a product mean?

Pre-order dates indicate when a product is expected to be released. These are provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to change. If there are significant delays, we will notify customers via email.

 

Why does your release date differ from the manufacturer’s?

Limited stock may be available at launch, with the main shipment arriving later. To ensure transparency, we extend the pre-order period until we expect stock to arrive.

 

What do your product availability statuses mean?

  • Pre-Order – This item is upcoming and will be available from the date shown on the product page. The products are available to purchase and will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
  • Stock Coming Soon – The item is out of stock but on order with our supplier.
  • In Stock – The item is currently available.


How long does it take for items to be restocked?

Restocking time varies by manufacturer. In general, items take between 1–4 weeks to arrive. Some smaller manufacturers may take longer due to production schedules.

 

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

 

How do I access my rewards?

Click the account icon on the website’s header, login and navigate to your account section. On the left, you will see a tab for Reward Points.

 

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

If you need to update your address, please contact our support team immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

 

Can I add items to an order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have been completed.
