She knows how important it is for people of today to be aware of their deportment and appearance. As with out these Katie would never have achieved and completed successfully her own set goals. Both novice and experienced models have benefited from Katie's experience and knowledge. From the high-powered fashion scene to commercial and character models as well as those aiming to achieve within the many beauty pageant competitions now back in favour. The Courses are not only directed to those intending a career in modelling, we do have courses designed to help people with their poise and self-confidence. Katie also acts as a consultant for Television, film and the media. She has helped many to lay the foundations of a new path in Television including " For One night only" , Ch4 Mr "Miss Beauty Queen" and ITV1 " Britain's Tallest Teens". She has also experience in training top professionals and career people, helping them to have the confidence to address conferences and make television appearances. Katie has also worked with youth charities and trained young people that have lost their way in the harsh reality of life and school pressures and given them back their feeling of self worth and confidence empowering them to be able to meet the trends and styles within their own sector of growth with application and more confidence. *The knowledge will last you a lifetime !* Katie Froud The ALBA model workshop offers various types of training. Unlike other courses, we acknowledge that a novice model cannot be fully trained within one day. However, for many career professionals, time is limited and one full day is all the time they have spare, so we cover different levels of training within each package.
The Model Workshop 1 day Your agency can only help you find work if you have the tools needed to successfully undertake the assignment. So your agency will be relying upon your ability to get the job at the next casting, go see or request. We teach you how to be professional, and present yourself well, and to catwalk with confidence so that you have an edge. Modelling Master class 2 days For models that have some experience and already are adept at level 1 catwalk - model turns and exits. Or have already undergone the Model workshop. Only for those that seriously want to learn the real tricks of the trade for in - house and top designer catwalk. Other courses C & D - Confidence & Deportment 1 Day Not every person is ideal for modelling but as with ballet tuition, there are many that can benefit from the good posture we teach along with how to present oneself and general building of self- confidence. Teenagers and adults of all types of background can benefit from this day. A Grand Day Out 1 Day This day is for those with a red carpet experience coming up, such as your wedding day, an important job interview, starting a new job or position at work or TV appearances or even formal ceremonials. Whatever your red carpet day is, we will give you.... a day to remember! Fun & fashion Workshops Bespoke and tailored for services dealing with those deemed to be damaged or hard to reach of any age group.
